3. Booking policy
- All bookings are subject to availability of the selected resort, hotel, or tour package.
- Booking confirmation is sent only after payment and acceptance by the vendor.
- Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We act as a booking facilitator between you and the vendors. The final service is provided by the vendor.
4. Payments
- Payments must be made using the payment methods provided on our site.
- We do not store card or UPI details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by trusted gateways.
- Full payment or part payment terms will be informed before booking confirmation.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellation rules depend on the resort/hotel/tour operator you book with. We will inform you of specific terms at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the vendor’s cancellation policy.
- Service charges, transaction charges, or non-refundable deposits may be deducted.
- No refunds for no-show, late arrivals, or unused services.
6. Customer responsibility
- You must provide correct information while making enquiries or bookings.
- You are responsible for carrying valid ID proof and required permits for your trip.
- You must follow safety instructions given by vendors, guides, and drivers during activities or tours.
- Any damage caused to property or equipment due to your negligence will be your responsibility.
7. Vendor responsibility
- Vendors are responsible for delivering the service (stay, transport, tour, or activity) as promised at the time of booking.
- We support you in case of disputes but cannot be held liable for vendor shortcomings beyond our control.
8. Limitation of liability
We take care in listing accurate information, but errors may occur. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, loss, injury, accident, or damage caused by vendors, natural events, strikes, or situations beyond our control. Our liability, if any, is limited to the booking value paid through us.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or network failures.
10. Intellectual property
All content, text, images, and code on RannUtsavStays.com are the property of Rann Utsav Stays. You may not copy, reuse, or republish without our written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we collect and use data.
12. Disputes
All disputes will be handled under the laws of India. Jurisdiction will be with the courts of Bhuj, Gujarat, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
